McGinnis unveils £65m Bradford scheme

Yorkshire property company McGinnis Developments has unveiled its £65m redevelopment plans for Bradford city centre.

Work on the Beehive Mill site, next to Bradford University will start in the next few weeks.

McGinnis won planning approval for the scheme last month, which includes 517 apartments and 30,000 sq ft of retail and commercial space.

The 22-storey building is part of a £100m development programme across Yorkshire.

McGinnis Developments is part of the McGinnis Group, one of the largest development companies in Northern Ireland, with headquarters in Leeds.

John Paul McGinnis, development manager of McGinnis Developments, said: “This is our most ambitious project to date in England and we have produced a scheme that shows what we stand for – stunning design, high quality materials and stylish homes people can be proud to own and live in.”
