North London-based McHugh & Co achieved an 85% success rate at its July auction last week, raising £17.2m.
The auctioneer sold 70 of the 83 lots offered, including a studio flat in Baker Street, NW1, which was guided at £250,000 and sold for £368,000. It also included a terraced house in Southfields, SW19, which was guided at £850,000 and sold for £930,000.
