McHugh & Co’s latest online sale raised £24.4m, its highest total since February 2016.
The 3 September sale saw 115 lots find buyers from 118 offered, a success rate of 98%. Just one lot was withdrawn prior.
The highest price was achieved by a vacant end-of-terrace four-bedroom house in Bow, E3 (lot 6). The house in need of modernisation sold for £606,000.
McHugh & Co’s four sales so far this year – including three held online – have all raised in excess of £20m, putting it well ahead of last year’s performance.
It raised £28.9m in February 2016.
