McHugh & Co raised £12.5m at its October sale, with sales post event pushing the success rate from 71% to 75%.
Highlights included a car park site in Camden Town, north London, which was guided at £150,000 and sold for £378,000, more than double the guide. This lot was first time on the market in 40 Years.
A property at 495 Kingsland Road, Dalston, E8, was sold by order of executors and had been in the same family ownership for around 62 years. It fetched £907,000 and was guided at £700,000.
A three-floor unmodernised house at 125 Albert Street, NW1 (pictured above), was sold by order of executors for £1.6m off a guide price of £1.5m.
The sale took place on 4 October at the Montcalm Hotel, W1.
