Student Loans Company has signed a relet for 100,270 sq ft in 100 Bothwell Street, Glasgow.
The government-owned organisation, which has been at the building since 1990, has agreed a new 10-year lease, with a break option in 2018.
It will pay an annual rent of £2m, subject to a 15-month rent-free period to landlord McKay Securities. It is the owner’s largest office property in Glasgow.
Jones Lang LaSalle acted for the landlord and Ryden represented the tenant.
