McLaren Automotive has agreed to take a further 51,835 sq ft unit at Woking Business Park in Surrey.
Schroder UK Real Estate Fund has signed the British sportscar maker on a 15-year lease, taking its total let space to 87,256 sq ft.
McLaren is well established in Woking, with its international headquarters at the McLaren Technology Centre and McLaren Production Centre.
The 51,835 sq ft industrial building that makes up Unit 22 and fronts Albert Drive is currently being refurbished for McLaren Automotive ready for occupation in late summer 2019.
