McLaren Group has agreed to take the entire office space at Aviva Investors’ Victoria Gate building in Woking.
The firm behind the McLaren Formula 1 team is already based in the town and has taken the building as additional office space on a 20-year lease.
The five storey property is close to Woking Station in the town centre and features a roof terrace on the fifth floor, as well as 62 car parking spaces and 30 cycle spaces.
Aviva Investors was represented by BNP Paribas Real Estate and McLaren was represented by Lambert Smith Hampton.
