McLaren Property has appointed Knight Frank to sell its 159-bed purpose-built student accommodation scheme in Scotland for offers over £17.6m.
Carters Yard is located in Stirling city centre on Dumbarton Road and is priced to represent a 6.25% net initial yield.
The accommodation is fully let for the 2022/23 academic year and is forecast to achieve 8% rental growth from the 2022/23 to 2023/24 academic years.
The asset comprises studios and shared apartments, as well as amenities such as a study space, a common room, a gym, a cinema room and private outside space.
