Aviva Investors has appointed Kris McPhail as assistant fund manager on its Lime Property Fund.
He joined from M&G Real Estate, where he was director in the investment team, focusing on real estate investments for its long-lease property funds.
McPhail will continue that focus in the Lime Property Fund, which invests in long-lease assets in healthcare, education, offices, industrial and retail.
The fund was one of the first secure income property funds to launch in 2004.
Revnos Booth, head of real estate long income funds, said: “I’m delighted to welcome Kris to Aviva Investors. He has a wealth of experience in the long income real estate market.
“His cross-sector expertise and impressive origination track record will be of great benefit to the Lime Property Fund as we continue to grow and manage the portfolio to meet our clients’ needs.”
