MediaCity’s flexible workspace arm Arrive has secured three new lettings covering more than 12,000 sq ft across its White and Blue Towers in Salford, Greater Manchester.
Tech giant Huawei has expanded within MediaCity, taking 4,872 sq ft of space on a three-year lease at Arrive White Tower, while Hoist Finance has relocated into a 4,216 sq ft space on floor six from Quays Reach.
Marketing recruitment agency Orchard has relocated to a 2,951 sq ft suite on floor 14 of Arrive Blue after it grew out of its office at Plaza One in Salford Quays.
The three lettings total more than £600,000 annually of stabilised rental income.
Arrive’s flexible office offering was launched in White Tower in 2020 and has since expanded to Blue and Tomorrow towers, covering a total of 83,211 sq ft at MediaCity.
Rebekah Lloyd Beere, operations manager at Arrive, said: “We are currently experiencing a really healthy interest in our flexible Arrive workspace offer, representing an attractive price point to Manchester City Centre and what’s been encouraging is that despite an uncertain economy the market remains buoyant and all of these businesses are thriving and expanding.”
MediaCity is a joint venture between Peel L&P and Landsec.
