MedicX Fund has completed the acquisition of a new healthcare centre at the Mary Seacole Centre in Clapham High Street, London.
The fund acquired the property, let to a GP practice on a 20-year lease, for £6.9m.
MedicX is a specialist investor in primary healthcare properties, and has a committed investment of £294.3m in 73 primary healthcare properties in the UK.
