Midlands-based niche agent GJS Dillon has been appointed as sole letting agent on one of the biggest mixed-use developments undertaken so far in Worcester.
The £100m Sheriff’s Gate homes, leisure and retail complex involves transforming 900,000 sq ft of industrial land in the Shrub Hill area of the city, creating 650 new homes, business units, a cinema, a hotel, leisure facilities, 1,000 car parking spaces, retail units and an 80-bed care village.
The scheme has consent for the first of its proposed three phases. Worcester council has also backed the rest of the development in principle.
Phase one of the development includes 131 one and two-bedroom homes, a food superstore, a 597-space multi-storey car park, business units, cafés and bars.
