Berlin-based Meininger Hotels is planning a £300m-plus London flotation to fuel an ambitious international expansion.
The low-cost hotel operator is understood to have appointed Zeus Capital to advise it on an Aim listing within the next four to six weeks. The move comes after an abortive bid last autumn to find a buyer.
It plans to triple its number of beds – currently 16,600 – in five years by expanding outside Germany.
