Allen Street, an entity owned by Melford Special Situations, is selling its planned development at Avon House in Kensington, SW1.
The proposed medical facility for post-acute neurological care is on a 0.25-acre site off Kensington High street and has full C2 use consent.
Although the consent permits a number of types of healthcare-related development, Melford said the critical undersupply of acute rehabilitation facilities meant the site was well suited for post medical care and rehabilitation.
Melford said it had received a number of approaches from interested healthcare operators from around the world in relation to its plans for Avon House.
