Melrose departs Studley for Colliers

Stuart Melrose is leaving Studley to join Colliers International’s West End offices team as a director.

He leaves the London arm of the US tenant representative specialist to focus on occupier searches at Colliers.

David Hume, head of tenant representation at Colliers, said: “Stuart’s appointment has been driven by client demand and particularly from technology and media occupiers. One of Stuart’s main roles will be to focus on technology and media, and underpin our commitment to establish ourselves as a market leader in this important sector in London.”

Melrose’s clients at Studley included Good Hair Company, the firm behind GHD straighteners.

He has also worked at Edward Charles & Partners and Grub & Ellis in San Francisco.

Hume added: “Stuart’s knowledge and understanding of technology and media, coupled with Colliers’ global platform, will help to propel us to be one of the leading players in advising occupiers in this sector.”
