MEPC has appointed King Sturge as its London industrial letting agent at Milton Park in Oxfordshire.

King Sturge will work alongside Thames Valley agent Parker Parr on the 250-acre park, which has more than 200 tenants in 3.4m sq ft of business space.

Industrial partner Andy Harding said: “This is a prestigious instruction for us and reinforces our involvement and commitment to this part of the Thames Valley.

“Working with MEPC will be a great opportunity for us to reinforce the profile of Milton Park in the region through our reputation and network and to contribute to its future growth.”

The park is part of the MEPC portfolio, owned by Hermes Investment Management. MEPC owns more than 12m sq ft of business space in the UK, of which 3.4m sq ft is at Milton Park.

James Dipple, managing director for MEPC Milton Park, said: “Our product offering here at Milton Park is varied and we always endeavour to be able to meet the needs of existing customers and find space for newcomers.

“Several exciting industrial and warehouse buildings will be brought to the market in the next 18 months and we have selected King Sturge because of their outstanding contacts in the industrial market.”
