MEPC is buying the development site next to its New Square business park at Bedfont Lakes, Heathrow, from Hanover Property Unit Trust for about £100m.
The Lakeshore business park will comprise 24,154 sq m (260,000 sq ft) of office buildings.
The deal, when combined with MEPC’s £125m New Square site, creates the largest business park in single ownership in the Thames Valley.
