MEPC has bought three shoe factory outlets from C&J Clark for £80m – Street, in Somerset, Kendal, in Cumbria and the Yorkshire Outlet centre, at Doncaster. MEPC hopes to complete the deal in early June.
MEPC incurred an annual pre-tax loss of £400,000 after exceptional charges compared with £23.8m profit the previous year.
