MEPC has confirmed that Sky Betting & Gaming will occupy the entire 134,000 sq ft of offices at 4 Wellington Place, Leeds.
As revealed by EG last month, Stars Group has prelet the seven floors of offices on behalf of Sky Betting & Gaming.
Stars Group announced in April last year that it had acquired Sky Betting & Gaming from CVC Capital Partners and Sky for $4.7bn (£3.7bn).
Sky Betting & Gaming currently occupies space at 2 and 6 Wellington Place. All 1,300 staff will move into 4 Wellington Place after the building has been completed.
The building also contains 22,000sq ft of retail and leisure space.
Colliers International advised Stars Group; JLL and Savills are agents on 4 Wellington Place.
Paul Pavia, head of development at MEPC, said: “Sky Betting & Gaming made Wellington Place its home back in 2010, and we’re thrilled to have seen its continued success and expansion as the development has grown.
“It’s apt that the company’s next chapter comes at a milestone moment in time for us at Wellington Place, as we embark on the start of the next phase of the development with the imminent ground breaking of 12 Wellington Place.”
