Mercer Real Estate Partners has exchanged contracts to buy the Inspired office building in Bracknell, Berkshire.
The investment firm has agreed to pay Schroders £13.2m – a 5% yield – for 85,626 sq ft Inspired on Easthampstead Road.
The property is 60% let and generates a rental income of £695,830 pa.
Whitmarsh Holt Young is advising the buyer; JLL is acting for the vendor.
