Merchant Land has signed three new lettings at 33 Creechurch Lane, EC3.
CWaves and Tobell Insurance Services have signed for 3,000 sq ft each on the upper and lower ground floors respectively.
International Risk Solutions has taken 2,600 sq ft on the fourth floor.
All three tenants have signed 10-year leases with five-year breaks.
The deals mean three floors of around 4,000 sq ft each remain available in the 21,000 sq ft refurbished building.
Quoting rents on the remaining space are around £45 per sq ft.
Matthews and Goodman and Hall Kemp are joint letting agents on the building.
