Merlin expands with Australian attractions deal

 


Merlin Entertainments, the theme park operator whose brands include Madame Tussauds, Legoland and the London Eye, is breaking into the Australian and New Zealand markets by agreeing a £100m cash deal to buy the attractions of Village Roadshow, the entertainments group.
