The Merrill Lynch Property Fund has completed the purchase of 77 95 Victoria Street, SW1, for £25.7m.
MLPF bought the building from private overseas investor clients of Pelham Associates and Hamilton Bradshaw who bought the building for £14m in 2004.
Serviced office group Avanta operates from the seven-storey office building.
The 50,000 sq ft building includes 8,000 sq ft of retail on the ground floor, with units currently occupied by Pizza Express, Alliance & Leicester and Harvey & Hudson.
The vendors were represented by Everton Phillips. The purchasers were represented by Lewis Ellis.
