Liverpool-based Harvey Developments has revealed plans for an office and hotel scheme overlooking the River Mersey on the edge of Liverpool city centre.
The firm is preparing to submit plans for 135,000 sq ft of offices and a 153-bedroom, 11-storey hotel. The office element comprises one block of 120,000 sq ft and a smaller 15,000 sq ft block.
