Frankfurt’s landmark Messeturm office building has been refinanced to the tune of €155m.
Joint arrangers pbb Deutsche Pfandbriefbank and Landesbank Baden-Würtemberg arranged the funding for GLL MesseTurm, a fund which is managed by GLL Real Estate Partners. Pbb will also act as facility and security agent for the term of the loan.
Designed by Chicago architect Murphy Jahn, the 265-metre high, 52-storey, 62,135 m2 MesseTurm was completed in 1990. Tenants include Bank of New York Mellon and Thomson Reuters.
