
Met Life is backing the buyer of Thames Court, EC4, with a £100m loan.
A private client of Cushman & Wakefield has completed the purchase of the 230,000 sq ft office building for £198.5m from CBRE Global Investors on behalf of Korea’s Public Officials Benefits Association.
The 50% LTV loan is for five years and is priced at just under 200bps over Libor.
CBRE and Savills advised on the sale.
