Metis hires another Tushingham Moore director

handshake-THUMB.jpegThe niche retail agency formed earlier this year by five former members of Tushingham Moore has poached another director from the agency.

Metis Real Estate Advisors has hired Nick McAllester from Tushingham Moore/LSH.

McAllester previously worked for CBRE, Colliers International, Churston Heard and Bradys, as well as Grubb & Ellis in San Francisco over a 16-year property career.

Specialising in high street and shopping centre agency, McAllester has a client base that includes LaSalle Investment Management, Kennedy Wilson, Aviva and Threadneedle.

Founder Stephen Tregenza said: “Nick is a great addition to the Metis team, bringing to the company a wealth of experience and contacts, as well as an energy that matches our own.”

Nick McAllester added: “I am delighted to have joined Metis. It is a dynamic niche agency, founded by a highly experienced and successful team with a market share and presence that belies the fact that Metis is only a few weeks old. As an independent practice, Metis already has an almost unrivalled breadth and depth of clients and instructions.”

M&G and intu have also appointed Metis on Manchester Arndale, which joins Liverpool ONE; the Corn Exchange, Manchester; and Flemingate, Humberside on the firm’s instruction list.

Metis has taken offices on King Street, Manchester.
