Metis launches in Manchester

Office-workers-around-table-THUMB.jpegFive former members of Tushingham Moore have launched a retail, leisure and investment agency to be known as Metis Real Estate Advisors.

Stephen Tregenza, Dan Davies and Paul Jones are the founding directors of the new brand. Jon Phillips has joined as director and Suzanne Hilditch as associate director.

Davies said: “We value strongly our independence and the ability this affords the business to provide expert, balanced and, most importantly, impartial advice to clients.  We are confident the quality of the team we have assembled at Metis creates a great platform for clients.”

Metis has been appointed by Grosvenor on Liverpool ONE, by Aviva on Corn Exchange, Manchester, and by Wykeland on Flemingate in Beverley.

Queensberry Real Estate commercial director and co-founder Stuart Harris said: “We welcome the launch of Metis. Their combination of expertise and independence will not only serve us well, but is just what the industry needs at a time when so many specialist companies are becoming part of the larger businesses that dominate the industry.”

The company has taken offices on King Street in Manchester and expects to announce further hires in the coming weeks.
