Metric RE nabs BNP PRE director for new role

London-based tenant rep and corporate real estate specialist Metric RE has appointed a new director to the business. The firm has hired Tom Worsley, who joins from BNP Paribas Real Estate where he worked for more than 13 years. At BNP PRE, Worsley was a senior director in the occupier solutions team and brings with him a wealth of experience working as UK and EMEA portfolio lead for a number of high-profile occupier clients. At Metric he will be tasked with providing its occupier clients with strategic portfolio advice and support with their property data and transactions.
