Meyer Bergman has secured five new leases totalling 32,700 sq ft at the Exchange shopping centre in Ilford, east London.
H&M has signed a 15-year lease for a major store over two floors at the 300,000 sq ft mall, which will open in autumn 2016.
It will fill reconfigured space previously occupied by five retailers, opposite Debenhams.
At the same time New Look has upsized into a 7,500 sq ft shop, Rymans has relocated into a 2,000 shop and iCandy has expanded into a 1,700 sq ft shop, all on 10-year leases.
Goldsmiths the jeweller has renewed its lease to its 1,500 sqft store for five years.
