M&G Real Estate has completed two new lettings to New Look and Ernest Jones for Ayr Central shopping centre in Scotland.
New Look has signed to take an 11,100 sq ft shop on a 15-year lease and Ernest Jones will occupy a 1,100 sq ft shop on a five-year lease.
Both retailers will relocate to Ayr Central from their existing locations elsewhere in the town.
HMV has also signed to upsize to a 5,800 sq ft store.

Ayr Central is managed by CBRE. The letting agents are Smith Cole Wright and Gunn Property Consultants.
