Third party logistics provider Kammac is set to move into Warrington 379, a recently refurbished industrial space.
The 378,942 sq ft warehouse, owned by M&G, is located on Dallam Lane adjacent to the Warrington Wolves Stadium. It was previously occupied by Asda.
Andrew Littler, of Littler & Associates, acted for Kammac. Knight Frank were joint agents with B8 Real Estate for M&G.
Steve Johnson, of B8 Real Estate, said: “The scale and specification of Warrington 379 lends itself ideally to a third-party logistics user looking to utilise the building as a shared user facility. There is currently limited availability of properties such as Warrington 379, and therefore we were pleased to agree terms and exchange contracts with Kammac within weeks.”
