M&G is leading the bidding process for Aberdeen Asset Management-owned One Reading Central, Reading’s largest office building.
The 220,000 sq ft property could be sold for more than the £88m asking price as strong competition drives up the price.
The average rent at One Reading Central is £28 per sq ft. Some 33,000 sq ft is vacant.
