M&G lifts flex offering in Aberdeen scheme

M&G Real Estate has boosted the flexible office offering in its Capitol Building in Aberdeen by a half. Flexible office operator Orega already runs 10,000 sq ft of space in the building under a management agreement with the fund house, but has now launched a further 5,000 sq ft, comprising 276 workstations on the first and fourth floors. The scheme is Orega’s third in Scotland, following two openings in Glasgow. The Capitol Building is a former theatre hall that was refurbished and extended in 2016 by Knight Property Group and M&G.
