M&G Real Estate has poached fund manager Paul Crosbie from London-based investor Rockspring to work in its industrial investment team.
Crosbie has worked at Rockspring for nearly 10 years, and has previous experience at CBRE and Matthews & Goodman.
His UK deals include the £62m purchase of the first portfolio sold out of the Ashtenne Industrial Fund, and the funding of Evander’s purchase of two shed development sites in Reading and Southampton.
It follows M&G’s industrial head Adam Coulston’s departure to Aspect Property Consultants in January this year after four years at the firm.
