Investment firm M&G has called on its managers to get back in the office for three days a week.
It hopes the move will boost the morale and development of its junior staff.
However, managers have been told they will not be allowed to stick to the tired old staple of Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, but must rotate the days they visit the office to avoid the Monday and Friday deserts.
