M&GPrudential has sublet the top two floors of its new HQ in the City of London to WeWork.
WeWork will take the space at 10 Fenchurch Avenue in the fourth quarter this year.
The announcement follows WeWork’s acquisition of nearby 99 Queen Victoria Street, where the company has taken seven floors.
Other recent moves include WeWork’s expansion to Canary Wharf, with its first location in the area situated at 30 Churchill Place.
