Developer MHA has completed three transactions at the start of 2016 worth a combined £19m.
The 8,704 sq ft 61-67 Old Street, EC1 (pictured), was sold for £6m. The mixed retail and office site has planning permission for a roof extension of two two-bedroom apartments.
MHA also bought nine retail units with offices above in Welwyn Garden City for £5m.Tenants include Ask, HSBC, Cancer Research UK, the Salvation Army and Superdrug.
Finally, MHA has acquired the virtual freehold for the Vertu headquarters in Fleet, Hampshire for £8m.
The building, purpose-built for the tenant in 2002, measures 51,924 sq ft including office, research and development and production space.
