MHA London has bought three buildings at Status Park in Hillingdon, for residential conversion into 100 flats
It paid £13m for the site in an off market deal with M&G Real Estate.
The site is a quarter of a mile from Heathrow Airport and consists of three offices, which MHA intend to convert through Permitted Development Rights.
Tom Moore, director at CBRE, said: “The acquisition at Status Park presents an opportunity to deliver homes in an area that is set to benefit from major infrastructure improvements via the proposed Heathrow extension and new Crossrail access.
“We anticipate the development will attract interest from investors and local occupiers, due to its strong employment links.”
MHA London were advised by CBRE, M&G by Avison Young.
