Michael Kors and North Face arrive at Intu Milton Keynes

Ella Catliff, London, Britain - 15 Aug 2013Intu has secured fashion retailers Michael Kors and The North Face at its Milton Keynes shopping centre.

Luxury footwear and accessories designer Michael Kors is to take a 2,100 sq ft store on a five year lease at the 430,000 sq ft shopping centre.

This will be its eleventh UK store outside London.

Outdoor pursuits brand The North Face will occupy a 2,000 sq ft shop. It has signed a ten year lease.

Rob Williams, head of retail agency and development at Strutt & Parker, which advised Intu, said: “The arrival of Michael Kors and North Face will enhance the centre’s young fashion offering, adding to the already impressive roster of high-end retailers at the centre.”

Strutt & Parker represented Intu; Siteworks Retail acted on behalf of The North Face and Michael Kors represented itself.
