Fashion accessories retailer Michael Kors has signed a deal for its first shop in Wales.
It has agreed a 10-year lease for a 3,190 sq ft shop in the St David’s shopping centre in Cardiff.
The new shop will be in part of the premises formerly occupied by H&M, which is moving into a larger unit in the centre.
St David’s is owned and operated by the St David’s Partnership, a joint venture between intu and Land Securities.
JLL and Cushman & Wakefield are letting agents on the scheme.
