Mid Yorkshire Hospitals NHS Trust has been signed as a tenant for the next 10 years at Cable Properties’ Pioneer Court in Normanton, West Yorkshire.
The healthcare trust will be relocating to a single 9,000 sq ft workspace from a range of other buildings in the town.
Pioneer Court is located just off junction 31 of the M62 and comprises two recently refurbished two-storey office buildings, plus parking.
Lambert Smith Hampton advised Cable Properties on the letting and its building consultancy team assisted with the refurbishment.
LSH director Richard Corby said: “Occupiers want well-located buildings that can be easily accessed, and this was a particular demand from the trust as they need their staff to be able to access the local community.”
