Midas Developments is to speculatively build a 60,000 sq ft (5,574 sq m) industrial unit at its Cardrew Industrial Estate near Redruth, Cornwall.
The unit will be part of a £6.5m development by Midas, which is backed by £2.27m of European Objective One funding.
A 75,000 sq ft (6,968 sq m) unit in the development was recently signed to Swedish printing and information transfer company Stralfors, which will relocate from Falmouth.
The Cardrew Industrial Estate occupies a 4.8ha (12-acre) site and was given planning permission last year.
The letting agent is BSL.
