Middlesex University in London is preparing to market its Trent Park campus on Bramley Road, N14.
The university is understood to be seeking around £35m for the 52-acre site. Trent Park has been earmarked for the development of up to 300 homes.
The proposed disposal is part of a consolidation of the university’s facilities onto its Hendon campus.
