Midland Bank will establish its first call centre in Scotland at New Edinburgh’s 53ha (130 acre) Edinburgh Business Park.
The bank is taking a 4,645 sq m (42,000 sq ft) building at the office park which is already home to companies including ICL, John Menzies and Scottish Equitable.
Jones Lang Wootton and Grimley advised New Edinburgh and Midland Bank represented itself.
