Midlands-based agency Highgate Land and Development – set up by senior CBRE director Adrian Willett and JLL director Richard Roberts earlier this year – has announced three new hires as it expands its team.
Nigel Simkin has joined from JLL as a director specialising in development consultancy.
He is joined by development surveyor Tom Ackrill and office manager Natasha Titshall.
