Bill’s, the café chain backed by restaurant tycoon Richard Caring, has secured a new site in Midtown.
The chain has bought a 4,500 sq ft restaurant on Kingsway, W2, from Marstons. The lease expires in 2031, and the rent is £123,000 pa.
Bill’s started in Lewes, East Sussex. It now has 17 venues across London and the South East, with two more due to open soon.
Nick Weir, director at Shelley Sandzer, which acted for Bill’s said: “They are one of the most hungry groups in the market right now. This is an incredibly exciting deal for Bills, one of the most trail-blazing brands to come along for long time and their simple formula of healthy, good produce in relaxed surrounding with friendly service is winning lots of fans.”
