Consolidated Real Estate Management Services has put one of the largest office buildings in Midtown up for sale.
CREMS has instructed Strutt & Parker to sell the 164,000 sq ft Aldwych House at 71-91 Aldwych, WC2, for more than £90m, reflecting a 6% yield. CREMS bought the building for £80m in 2001.
Aldwych House is multilet to 10 tenants, including London School of Economics, with an average unexpired lease term of four years.
