BNP Paribas Real Estate has hired Mike Chadburn as senior director of international investment.
He joins from Chadburn Macleod, a firm he set up to source deals for Korean and Malaysian clients. Chadburn had previously worked for ING REIM, where he was director of real estate acquisitions.
John Slade, UK chief executive of BNP Paribas Real Estate, said: “His experience with overseas investor clients is invaluable and he will help us to develop our investor client offer in Asia and the Middle East, maximising on BNP Paribas’ extensive global networks and client base, and bringing investment into London as well as Paris and Germany.”
BNP Paribas Real Estate has assets of €13bn (£10.3bn) under management across Europe, and manages 50 investment vehicles and mandates.
