Last-mile logistics specialist Mileway has signed a 10-year lease agreement with flooring solutions provider TradeChoice Distribution at Spring Meadow Business Park, Cardiff.
The flooring business will occupy a circa 19,000 sq ft facility at the premises, which is located in the industrial district of Wetloog. It will serve as TradeChoice’s regional distribution centre, facilitating the company’s expansion following a relocation from smaller premises in Cardiff.
Mileway undertook an extensive refurbishment at the property in 2021, investing almost £400,000 into turning the dilapidated warehouse on the site into a logistics and distribution facility.
Other tenants at the business park include Royal Mail, Afonwen and Roman Glass.
